Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers to promote Chocolate Monggo products.
- Provide detailed product information and assist in product selection.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product availability.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Participate in promotional events and activations.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance store performance.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Preference for candidates with experience in chocolate or luxury goods.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
