Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily field sales and promotional activities in assigned areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local retail outlets and community stakeholders.
- Drive product availability and visibility through effective merchandising techniques.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
- Provide regular reports on field activities, competitor movements, and market insights.
- Ensure that all brand promotional materials are displayed correctly and attractively.
- Educate consumers and outlet owners on product benefits to influence purchasing decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willing to work on a mobile/field basis in the Bogor area.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field promotion is a plus.
- Energetic, target-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Resilient personality with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
