Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for sales and brand engagement? Impact Power Mandiri is currently seeking a driven Sales Promotion Representative to join our team in Batam Kota. In this role, you will be the face of our FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) brands, responsible for driving product awareness and achieving aggressive sales targets.
As a key member of our field sales team, you will engage directly with customers through product sampling and hybrid sales strategies, operating both inside retail stores and at external events. We are looking for a candidate who is articulate, persuasive, and data-driven, capable of delivering detailed performance reports while maintaining high standards of customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute effective product sampling and brand activation campaigns to boost consumer trial and purchase intent.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes through a hybrid approach (in-store retail support and external event promotions).
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain pristine product displays and inventory visibility at point-of-sale locations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with retail partners and customers to increase brand loyalty.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly sales and activity reports to management.
- Actively gather market insights and competitor feedback to improve future promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in FMCG sales, retail, or field promotions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- High energy, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in basic reporting or mobile data input.
- Resilient, professional demeanor, and a team player.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Batam Kota, Kepulauan Riau.
