Sunshine Group Indonesia is currently seeking a motivated Sales Promotion Representative to join our dynamic team in Denpasar Barat, Bali. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for bringing our products to life through engaging product demonstrations, strategic sampling, and direct sales at various retail outlets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting product sampling and demonstrations at designated retail outlets to increase brand awareness.
- Engaging with customers to explain product features, benefits, and usage instructions effectively.
- Meeting and exceeding daily/monthly individual sales targets set by the management.
- Maintaining attractive product displays and ensuring stock availability at the point of sale.
- Monitoring competitor activities and gathering customer feedback to report to the sales supervisor.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with outlet staff and store managers.
- Accurately recording daily sales transactions and reporting performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or promotion is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to work in the Denpasar Barat area.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
