Sunshine Group Indonesia is currently seeking a motivated Sales Promotion Representative to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, directly influencing customer purchase decisions through proactive product demonstrations and engaging brand storytelling.
You will play a pivotal role in driving our retail performance by ensuring our products are showcased effectively, maintaining attractive product displays, and providing exceptional service to every customer you encounter. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily in-store product demonstrations and sampling activities to drive brand awareness.
- Engage actively with store visitors to explain product benefits and encourage purchases.
- Achieve and exceed daily or weekly sales targets set by the management team.
- Maintain high standards of product display, cleanliness, and stock visibility at assigned outlets.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide regular feedback to the area supervisor.
- Manage inventory levels and report stock availability to ensure product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service to build long-term brand loyalty.
- Prepare accurate daily sales and activity reports as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level of High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Confident, energetic, and highly communicative personality.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or field promotion is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Excellent target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office or mobile reporting apps is a plus.
