Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell products through engaging demonstrations and customer interactions
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements to management
- Actively participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal events
- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Report market trends and customer feedback to the marketing team
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, approachable personality with strong presentation abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing and product handling
