Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to promote products and increase sales volume.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features effectively.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store display area.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and resolve them to customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or promotion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Valid ID card (KTP) and willingness to undergo a recruitment process.
