Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales promotion strategies for the Bali and Nusra regions
- Lead and manage a team of sales promotion specialists to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all promotional activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and promotional activities
- Collaborate with product development team to ensure product offerings meet market needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales promotion, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective promotional strategies
- Deep understanding of the Bali and Nusra market landscape
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
