Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales promotion campaigns for Atlantic Ocean Paint products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitive trends
- Organize product demonstrations and promotional events at retail locations
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling promotional materials
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and sales metrics
- Train retail staff on product features and sales techniques

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
