Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store promotional activities to drive product visibility and sales conversion
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and educational sessions for consumers
- Actively sell tissue products while highlighting unique features and value propositions
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store personnel and management
- Ensure promotional materials and displays are properly implemented and maintained
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic consumer engagement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or promotional roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in consumer-facing environments
- Strong product knowledge and quick learning ability for new products
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
