In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our diverse range of products, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers proactively to identify their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display to ensure an attractive retail environment.
- Execute promotional activities and campaigns effectively to boost sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team to ensure stock availability.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the store management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales promotion, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in local language; fluency in basic English is a plus.
