Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach customers to offer and promote Cimory products.
- Explain product benefits, ingredients, and unique selling points to potential buyers.
- Ensure attractive product displays and stock availability on shelves.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the promotional booth or display area.
- Monitor competitor activities and report relevant market feedback to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service to build brand loyalty.
- Handle simple transaction processes accurately if required at the point of sale.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Possess a friendly, persuasive, and outgoing personality.
- Experience in retail or FMCG sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
- Willing to work on a contract basis with flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays).
- Clean and well-groomed appearance.
- Domiciled in or willing to work in the Surabaya area.
