- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Actively promote products and explain features to drive sales targets.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly store goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to store maintenance.
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is considered a significant advantage.
