Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell products to customers in a store setting
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to shoppers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and marketing materials
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Basic computer skills for inventory and sales tracking
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays as required
