- Present and demonstrate products to customers in a compelling and professional manner
- Actively approach and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide accurate information about product features, benefits, and pricing
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their requirements
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Report customer feedback and market trends to the store management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer literacy for operating sales systems
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong work ethic and reliability in daily attendance
