Yakult Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Promotion Staff (SPG) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Timur. As the face of Yakult in retail outlets, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and increasing product sales within the local community. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about health products and possess excellent communication skills to connect with customers and promote a healthier lifestyle.
In this role, you will be responsible for introducing Yakult's unique health benefits to a wide audience, ensuring product availability, and maintaining a high standard of display. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily sales activities and product demonstration at assigned retail outlets in Jakarta Timur.
- Manage product stock levels, ensure freshness, and organize shelf displays according to company standards.
- Interact with customers to provide product information and encourage trial/purchase.
- Handle cashier operations and manage petty cash accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Report daily sales performance and inventory status to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various retail locations.
- Have a valid SIM A (driving license).
