Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store promotional campaigns to maximize product visibility and sales
- Engage customers with product demonstrations and personalized recommendations

- Build strong relationships with retail store staff and management
- Maintain accurate inventory reports and promotional material stock
- Track sales performance against targets and provide weekly reports

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, promotion, or retail roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, reporting tools)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Jakarta
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
