Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store product demonstrations and promotions to drive sales
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized product recommendations
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product displays
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional service to enhance customer experience and loyalty
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or retail promotion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Basic proficiency in retail software and digital tools
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
