Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and demonstrate company products to potential customers at retail locations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized display area in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff and management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supervisor for stock replenishment.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to track performance and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, promotion, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and confident personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
- Proficient in Indonesian; basic English communication is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in various locations within Jakarta Utara.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly disciplined.
