Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers proactively to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to close sales.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and product display.
- Manage inventory levels and restock merchandise as required.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to build customer loyalty and brand reputation.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of gadget/electronic devices is a significant advantage.
