Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Actively engage customers to understand their needs and present relevant product solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain detailed product knowledge across OPPO's smartphone and accessory portfolio
- Contribute to a positive store environment through visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new launches and features
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong sales acumen
- Passion for technology and mobile devices with ability to learn quickly
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales goals
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
