Tanggung Jawab
- Activate Halo customer cards using digital tools and forms
- Provide excellent customer service during the activation process
- Educate customers about the benefits and features of their new cards
- Upsell additional products and services as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of all activations and customer interactions
- Meet daily and weekly activation targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and forms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
