- Actively introduce, demonstrate, and promote Radikari products or services to potential customers in various locations.
- Engage with the target audience to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and overcome objections.
- Set up promotional displays, organize materials, and ensure the brand presentation is always visually appealing.
- Collect and document customer feedback, preferences, and market trends to share with the sales and marketing team.
- Collaborate with team members to execute successful marketing campaigns and in-store promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Promoter, Brand Ambassador, or similar customer-facing sales role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong passion for sales, with a proactive and persuasive approach to achieving targets.
- Highly energetic, motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
