Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and demonstrate Radikari products to potential customers in Banjarmasin
- Build rapport with customers and provide detailed product information
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively address customer questions
- Create engaging product displays and maintain a clean, attractive sales area
- Collect customer feedback and report on market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental sales goals
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with company standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or promotional work is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation abilities with a confident, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
