Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an attractive and organized product display area according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and report any replenishment needs to management.
- Participate in regular product training and sales strategy meetings.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle basic reporting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or sales is a plus.
- Possess a communicative, energetic, and persuasive personality.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good grooming and a professional appearance.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be located in or willing to work in the Denpasar area.
