Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their electronic needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate the features, benefits, and proper use of our electronic devices to drive sales.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring product displays are clean, organized, and attractively merchandised.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store promotional events and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Report daily sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory levels to the store manager.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer technical queries confidently.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, electronics, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic understanding of electronic devices, smartphones, or computers is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Proficient in using computer systems and basic POS software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks within the store.
