Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Kredivo's financial products and services to retail customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Collect customer feedback and market insights
- Participate in promotional campaigns and store activations
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and reporting
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English
- Target-driven mindset with proven results
- Residing in Dumai or willing to relocate
