- Promote Kredivo's BNPL services at partner retail locations in Padang
- Educate customers on digital payment processes and benefits
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic product demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with retail store staff
- Report market insights and customer feedback to regional management
- Conduct promotional activities during peak shopping seasons
- Ensure compliance with Kredivo's sales and brand standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills in local language (Bahasa Indonesia)
- Resident of Padang or willing to relocate locally
- Proficiency with smartphones and digital payment apps
- Ability to work flexible retail hours (including weekends)
- Valid SIM and reliable transportation
