Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach customers to offer assistance and provide detailed product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of product knowledge, keeping up-to-date with the latest smartphone features and market trends.
- Ensure the showroom floor is clean, organized, and products are attractively displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory and perform regular stock checks to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Process transactions accurately and provide after-sales support to build long-term brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Must be well-groomed, energetic, and possess a positive service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Good command of basic smartphone technology and mobile applications.
