Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of OPPO mobile devices and accessories through proactive customer engagement
- Deliver expert product demonstrations and technical support for OPPO's latest innovations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Monitor sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Stay updated on OPPO product features and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with minimum 1 year retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and mobile devices
- Target-driven mindset with sales orientation
- Basic knowledge of smartphone specifications and features
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
