As a brand ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, driving sales performance, and showcasing the latest advancements in OPPO smartphone technology.

Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their mobile needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Conduct professional live demonstrations of OPPO smartphone features and capabilities.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly individual sales targets.
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and ensure all displays are clean and current.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product stock is displayed correctly on the sales floor.
- Provide after-sales support and assist customers with initial device setup or basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback on customer preferences to the store management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information in a simple, engaging way.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional, positive attitude.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of mobile technology and smartphone ecosystems.
