Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product demonstrations at OPPO Semarang store
- Actively promote OPPO products (smartphones, accessories, wearables) to drive sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets through personalized customer engagement
- Maintain store visual standards and product merchandising
- Collect customer feedback and market insights for product improvement
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain technical expertise
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK equivalent)
- 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic smartphone technology knowledge
- Goal-oriented with sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
