As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging directly with customers. Your daily activities will include managing product inventory, ensuring stock availability, and maintaining an attractive store display. Tanggung Jawab
- Stock Management: Regularly checking and managing product inventory to ensure all sanitaryware items are available for customers.
- Direct Sales: Proactively engaging with customers to demonstrate product features and close sales transactions.
- Customer Service: Providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to all walk-in customers and inquiries.
- Sales Reporting: Preparing and submitting accurate daily or weekly sales reports to the management team.
- Store Presentation: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Product Knowledge: Learning and effectively communicating product specifications, materials, and benefits to potential buyers.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience in direct selling or retail sales is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Location: Willingness to be based and work in Nabire, Papua Tengah.
- Attitude: Energetic, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
