Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily product stock checks to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Execute direct selling strategies to convert walk-in customers into sales
- Generate detailed weekly/monthly sales performance reports
- Provide professional in-person customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction logs
- Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years in retail sales or direct selling experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency in sales reporting software or Excel
- Knowledge of sanitaryware/bathroom products is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and achieve individual sales goals
- Professional appearance and approachable demeanor
- Residency in Jakarta Selatan area preferred
