Tanggung Jawab
- Represent the Sealy USA brand with professionalism and in-depth product knowledge to all showroom visitors.
- Conduct professional consultations to identify customer sleep needs and recommend the best mattress solutions.
- Execute daily showroom operations, including product displays, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Actively engage with potential customers to drive store traffic and increase brand awareness in the Manado area.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate sales records and report daily performance metrics to management.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of High School education (SMA/SMK), with a Diploma or Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in premium furniture or home appliances, is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- A professional appearance and a proactive, positive attitude toward customer service.
- Proficiency in basic computer or mobile-based reporting tools.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
