In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential students and parents to introduce them to our innovative English language programs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach potential customers in retail locations to introduce Sparks English programs.
- Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information about course benefits and enrollment options.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with visitors to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Demonstrate high energy and enthusiasm to attract potential leads to the information booth.
- Prepare and organize promotional materials, ensuring the booth is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Record and track prospect data accurately for follow-up by the administration team.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Sparks English product offerings to answer customer queries confidently.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an SPG/SPB, retail assistant, or customer service representative is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Pleasant, professional appearance and a friendly, confident personality.
- Target-oriented and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly disciplined, punctual, and reliable in team settings.
