Tanggung Jawab
- Activate Telkomsel Halo prepaid cards and process new customer registrations
- Educate customers on Telkomsel's product portfolio including data plans, mobile services, and promotions
- Drive store sales through effective product demonstrations and upselling techniques
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate sales records and inventory for Telkomsel products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Ability to work in target-driven environments
- Proficiency in Indonesian language
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid identification and clean employment record
