- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure premium member experiences
- Manage reception duties including visitor greeting, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Drive membership sales through proactive promotion and product knowledge
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for membership packages
- Maintain organized reception area and administrative documentation
- Collaborate with sales team to enhance member acquisition strategies
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a retail environment
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Professional appearance and exceptional customer etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
