We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Regional Manager to oversee and expand our market presence in South Kalimantan (Kalimantan Selatan). As our Sales Regional Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive regional sales strategy, building strong relationships with key dealers and distributors, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets. Your leadership will be instrumental in penetrating new markets, optimizing existing channels, and elevating our brand presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement a regional sales plan to achieve revenue and volume targets for electric vehicles in South Kalimantan.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of area sales managers and sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading a regional team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the South Kalimantan market and customer preferences.
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
