Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, acquire, and manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide expert consultation and advice on caveat loans, secured financing, and insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Guide clients through the entire loan application process, including documentation, submission, and approval stages.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high client retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with internal credit, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in SME lending.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and company sales policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in SME loan sales, property financing, or insurance brokerage.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and loan structures.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
