We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Relationship Manager to join our team in Zamboanga City. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition and retention, building strong, long-term relationships, and contributing to the overall success of BillEase in the region.
As a Sales Relationship Manager, you will:
- Prospect and onboard new merchants, from local businesses to larger enterprises.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Provide ongoing support and training to merchants to maximize their usage of BillEase solutions.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Represent BillEase at industry events and networking opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building relationships. Familiarity with the Zamboanga business landscape is highly preferred.

- Identify and acquire new merchants in Zamboanga and surrounding areas to expand BillEase's merchant network.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing merchants to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential merchants, highlighting the benefits of partnering with BillEase.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with merchants to achieve mutual business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for merchant growth and engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management on sales performance and merchant insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or business development, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Zamboanga and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
