Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute product replenishment activities for assigned accounts and territories within the Bekasi area.
- Monitor inventory levels at retail outlets to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Process and verify sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail store managers.
- Report daily sales performance, stock levels, and any discrepancies to the sales management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and product display requirements.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate customer feedback to the regional sales manager.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 in any field is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales, distribution, or replenishment roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and a reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Resilient and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
