Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow and expand the retail channel network within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential retail partners to onboard new business accounts.
  • Drive product conversion rates by effectively communicating product benefits and value propositions to clients.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing retail partners to ensure high retention and increased order volume.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including targets achieved and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory availability and resolve client issues efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or retail sales (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling within the territory.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
