Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market share.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive information to prospective buyers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to optimize product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback in the CRM.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
