Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical laboratory equipment, diagnostic devices, and consumables to healthcare institutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and key decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Business, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
