Based in Muntinlupa City, you will play a key role in driving sales of our premium elevators, escalators, and maintenance services. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and nurturing existing relationships within the construction and real estate sectors. You will present our extensive product line, including passenger elevators, freight elevators, escalators, moving walks, and modernization packages. Our clients rely on us for reliable and efficient vertical transportation, and your role is essential in ensuring we meet their needs.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a hunter mentality, strong negotiation skills, and a technical aptitude to understand elevator specifications. Our ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Filipino, experienced in B2B sales, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. Experience in the elevator or heavy machinery industry is a plus.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator and equipment sector.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the elevator, construction, or industrial equipment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
