Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the HVAC market.
- Identify and prospect new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and bids for HVAC projects and service contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements and project specifications.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and market trends to management.
- Represent MD HVAC Philippines at industry trade shows and professional events to increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in the construction or HVAC sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within the region when necessary.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales KPIs and revenue growth.
