Tanggung Jawab
- Organize and execute strategic sales and promotional programs in the assigned area.
- Develop, open, and service new and existing customer accounts.
- Identify potential leads and market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
