Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare professionals and medical institutions
- Present and demonstrate innovative medical devices to prospective clients through tailored demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Exceed sales targets through strategic territory management and pipeline development
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with product teams to provide client feedback for product enhancements
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and stakeholder needs
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
