Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and consultations to prospective students and clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their educational needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn new skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Applicants must be willing to work full-time in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.
